Returns & Exchanges Not Accepted:

Returns/exchanges are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case by case basis, and are only in the event a damaged or defective item is received.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Products:

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at whiskerandwanderfa@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of orders is possible within 24 hours of your purchase, as long as the order has not been fulfilled. If you need to cancel your order within this timeframe and your order is still pending, please email us at whiskerandwanderfa@gmail.com.

Refunds:

Refunds on orders will only be issued in cases where a product is proven to be damaged or defective upon receipt, and cannot be replaced with an identical item. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days of verification of the issue and will be credited back to the original method of payment.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at whiskerandwanderfa@gmail.com.
